Bricks currently offers three levels of coaching programs: Podium, Velocity, and Compass. Our coaching programs are uniquely targeted towards each individual athlete and their desired levels of one-on-one attention, coaching feedback and communication, and their monthly budget. We strive to deliver the highest quality coaching to each of our athletes with their goals and dreams at the center of the program. We are an equal partner in reaching YOUR goals.

Podium - Bricks MultiSport’s Podium Coaching Program is designed for the athlete who is ready to take their training to the next level! Everything that comes with the velocity package is included, Plus a full barrage of testing, analysis, etc., that will fine-tune your training to get you where you want to be — on the podium! Velocity - Bricks MultiSport’s Velocity Coaching Program is for the athlete who wants a fully customized training program that will fit in the context of your life, but does not have the need for extensive interaction, and extra testing and coaching. We will develop your training plan, with the ability to make the needed adjustments and connect with your coach for valuable feedback, all along the way. (More...)

Compass - Bricks MultiSport’s Compass Coaching Program is for the extremely self-motivated athlete who wants quality distance professional direction in laying out and orchestrating their seasons training plan, to have them right where they need to be, but not the need of hands-on testing, coaching, etc. (More...)

Bricks Training Program

In addition, we are offering our weekday/night group coached training sessions. These sessions are a great opportunity for athletes of ANY level to come out in a group session, receive an organized coached clinic workout, with the fun and excitement of a great energetic group to help push you to the max! All sessions are insured, individual and NON-progressive, meaning that you can attend as many or as few as you need without ever being “behind” the group. These workouts are great to be used as supplementation to your existing workout schedule or programs, or could be more then you need all by them selves! We have both a fitness (fall thru spring) as well as a multisport programs that can be combined: The cost for both separately is $40 per month, but can be combined for $75 for unlimited sessions…how’s that for value!

Bricks will also continue to offer specially priced & scheduled events on weekends, and at alternative locations as requests and athletes events and schedules require. Are you and a few of your friends training for a half marathon or other event? Let us set up, monitor your course, and group training runs for those LONG trains! Whether short course or long, hobby or passion, Bricks is there to help you along the way and throughout your seasons to help you do whatever you need to do to make yours a success!
