Bricks Velocity Training Program
Coaching Program for Beginner and Intermediate Athletes
(Min. 3 Month Commitment Required)
Bricks MultiSport’s Velocity Training Program is for the athlete who wants a fully customized training program that will fit in the context of your life, but does not have the need for extensive interaction, and extra testing and coaching. We will develop your training plan, with the ability to make the needed adjustments and connect with your coach for valuable feedback, all along the way.

| Annual Training Plan (ATP) - All training package levels include a membership to TrainingPeaks that links to the Bricks Professional Account. These vary in customization, assistance, and feedback based on the level of the training package you choose |

| Coaching Catch-Up & Consultation (3C)- Scheduled time with coach to discuss weekly schedule, prepare for an upcoming event, review nutrition, or anything else impacting your weekly training |

| One-on-One Multisport Coaching - Meet with your coach to work on swimming, biking, running or strength training at the Bricks Training Center or other alternate location |
